We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales Leadership Team in Gurugram as Manager/Sr. Managers. Your responsibilities will include building and leading a dynamic sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, providing training and fostering team growth, ensuring quality standards and performance metrics are met, as well as monitoring KPIs to achieve consistent results. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within fast-growing startups. You should have a proven track record of building successful sales teams from the ground up, possess a strong background in travel (both long and short haul), excel in training, coaching, and maintaining quality standards, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills along with effective team leadership abilities.,
