Manager/Sr. Manager - Corporate Relations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the entire career services office for the School of Management, overseeing programs related to BBA, MBA, and EMBA. Your primary focus will be on business development, including reaching out to prominent organizations across various sectors such as consulting, BFSI, investment banking, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, and technology to establish long-term partnerships for internships and placements. Key Responsibilities: - Invite industry and HR leaders for guest lectures to foster relationships - Promote the strengths of Mahindra University and the School of Management to corporate partners - Collaborate with students and faculty to enhance students" readiness for internships and placements through workshops, presentations, and job fairs - Work closely with the faculty placement committee - Manage the operations of the placement process by creating placement and internship policies - Ensure a seamless placement process and oversee placement logistics - Immediate joining is required for this position Qualifications Required: - Desirable experience of 6-10 years in a similar role - Strong business development skills - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and industry leaders Kindly send your CV to Balaji.narayanan@mahindrauniversity.edu.in with the subject line as Manager/Sr. Manager CR-SOM if you are interested in this role.,
