Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager/Senior Executive (MICE), located in Chennai. The responsibilities include planning and managing meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) for corporate clients. The role involves developing and executing event strategies, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, liaising with vendors and clients, and ensuring successful execution of all MICE-related events. The Manager/Senior Executive will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and seeking new business opportunities within the MICE sector.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in MICE planning and execution, along with strong project management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage budgets, coordinate logistics, and ensure successful event execution
• Proficiency in using event management and office software tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or related fields
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus
