Job Description

As a Manager/ Lead Manager Finance at our client, a leading organization in the real estate industry in Bangalore, your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in managing the Bangalore Business Finance Function, including budgeting, forecasting, and coordinating cross-functional teams for monitoring budget and analyzing variances. - Handling project financing, working capital financing, and preparing reports for funding with banks and institutions. - Providing support to management for decisions on pricing, project evaluation, assessment of funding requirements, and contract structuring for tax effectiveness. - Ensuring timely availability of funds at optimum cost, prompt servicing of scheduled debt obligations, and preparing cash flow projections for decision-making. - Implementing financial risk management initiatives and ensuring compliance with ERM. - Managing leakage through control mechanisms and periodic reviews of revenue, agreements, recovery, and other one-time assignments. - Supporting in the preparation of financial models, analyzing business decisions through computing IRR, and banking, raising, and deploying short-term funds for smooth cash flow. - Being conversant with Ind-AS, IFRS, Company Acts, SEZ provisions, taxation laws, RBI regulations, FEMA, Transfer Pricing norms, and Valuation, among others. - Assisting in Mergers and Acquisitions. Qualifications required for this role are: - CA with 10+ years of experience (Additional qualification of CS/CFA is a plus). - Proven track record of managing a Finance function at the Manager level for at least 7 to 10 years. - Working knowledge of SAP is a must. - Real estate experience will be an added advantage. - Experience with working in a mid/large size multinational company and group reporting. - Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate challenges, and formulate innovative solutions. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. - Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools preferred. - Leadership experience.,
