Our client, a leading organization in the real estate industry, is seeking a Manager/Lead Manager Finance for their Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should be a CA with 10+ years of experience, and additional qualification of CS is a plus. Reporting to the City Finance Head in Bangalore Ops, the candidate should possess competencies in Effective Communication, Analytical Skills, Financial Modelling, Cost Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Accounting Standards and Practices, Tax Laws and Tax Planning Skills, Internal Controls, Debt Raising, and SEZ Acts. Responsibilities include managing the Bangalore Business Finance Function, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, project financing, working capital financing, financial risk management, cash flow projections, financial modeling, banking activities, compliances with ERM, and leakage management. The candidate should also be well-versed in Ind-AS, IFRS, Company Acts, SEZ provisions, taxation, RBI regulations, FEMA, Transfer Pricing norms, Valuation, FDI norms, and assist in Mergers and Acquisitions. Pre-requisites for this role include a CA with over 10 years of experience, additional CS/CFA qualifications are a plus, proven track record in managing a Finance function, working knowledge of SAP, real estate experience, experience in multinational companies, strategic mindset, exceptional communication and presentation skills, proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, and leadership experience.,
