Manager/Asst. Manager/Team Leader - US Accounting/Taxation/Audit

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Manager/Assistant Manager/Team Leader in US Accounting/Taxation/Audit on a full-time basis at our on-site location in Ahmedabad. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all accounting, taxation, and audit activities within the organization. Your daily tasks will include preparing financial statements, managing tax filings, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with US accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements - Manage tax filings and ensure compliance - Conduct audits in line with US audit procedures - Oversee all aspects of accounting, taxation, and audit efforts - Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations Qualifications Required: - Thorough knowledge of US Accounting principles and standards - Experience in US Taxation, including tax filings and compliance - Strong audit skills and familiarity with US audit procedures - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Ahmedabad - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CA or equivalent certification is a plus - Relevant experience in the accounting/taxation/audit field,
