Manager/Associate Director

As a Manager/Associate Director in the Cybersecurity Governance Risk and Compliance team at KPMG in India, your role will involve supporting ServiceNow IRM and Audit module configuration and development. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, providing technical documentation, and conducting unit testing. Your expertise in management practices, code quality, code standards, code review, and promotion processes will be crucial. You will deliver code and configuration as per the requirements documented in user stories and actively participate in all Agile Sprint activities. **Responsibilities:** - Solid ServiceNow GRC Development experience - Good knowledge of ServiceNow applications like Discovery On-Premises & Off-Premises, ServiceNow Orchestration, GRC Governance Risk & Compliance, and ServiceNow Event Management - Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment, including new or modifications to applications, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, and other configurations required to support client processes - Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the Development lead - Develop JavaScript server/client code - Integration and ServiceNow Scripting using Glide, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS - Create and use update sets and XMLs to move customer configuration and data between environments - Maintain and adhere to source code, configuration management, release management, and software development best practices **Qualifications + Experience:** - Bachelors degree (4-year) in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems - 7 years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform, including various components - Experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps, and transform scripts - Experience developing ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, with a good understanding of related processes - Proficiency in various programming languages and scripting like Java/J2EE, Python, Jelly Script, JQuery, ASP.net, Perl, Ajax - Database and SQL experience with Oracle and MS SQL - 3-6 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Technology - Experience in performing integrations with web services using SOAP or Rest APIs - ServiceNow certifications including Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance, Business Continuity Management Micro-certification, and Certified Application Developer - Foundational experience in Agile, Scrum, ITIL - Excellent teamwork, collaboration, written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills,
