Manager - Waterproofing

Role & responsibilities

1. Planning and Design:

• Reviewing project specifications and drawings :

  Waterproofing managers ensure that waterproofing plans align with project requirements and relevant standards.

• Selecting appropriate waterproofing materials and systems :

  Need to assess the project's needs, considering factors like climate, building type, and budget, to choose the most suitable solutions.

• Developing detailed waterproofing plans :

• Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards:

  Stay up-to-date with the latest building codes, industry standards, and best practices related to waterproofing.

2. Execution and Supervision:

  Supervise the application of membranes, coatings, sealants, and other waterproofing components.

• Managing teams of technicians and contractors:
