Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily warehouse activities in Raw Material, Packing Materials, FG store & Dispatch, SAP W/H and miscellaneous materials.
Ensure online receipt and issuance documentations of materials.
Ensure / update compliance of SOPs and cGMP in warehouse.
Control on rejected, non-moving, retest and expired materials.
Ensure proper storage and segregation of materials, to be always ready for Audits.
Maintain good housekeeping and safety norms in warehouse.
To impart proper training to warehouse personnel for continual improvement.
Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of resources.
To deliver the service to other cross functional department on time.
Co-ordination with external CFTs for orders and delivery schedule / plan.
Handle QMS documentation, SOP compliance, audits, deviations, CAPA and Qualification activities at WH.
To maintain discipline and good work culture in the department.

Review and ensure that data entries are online updated in SAPs / logs on regular basis on time
