Manager US Tax Entity- 1065 Commercial Tax Services

As an Entity Manager at Citrin Cooperman, your role will involve assisting clients with life events for partnerships form 1065 and 1120, 1120 S. You will be responsible for reviewing U.S. tax returns for C and S corporations, Partnerships, and providing assistance on a variety of tax issues, such as REIT Qualification, the impact of Tax Reform on passthroughs, and other Real Estate clients. Your duties will also include maintaining and developing strong client relationships on various federal and State Tax consulting/compliance engagements, reviewing Federal and State income tax returns, managing engagement workflow and team resources, as well as mentoring and developing junior team members. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct tax research independently, train and supervise staff, and build working relationships with peers, supervisors, and U.S. colleagues. Qualifications Required: - Ability to conduct independent tax research for unforeseen tax scenarios - Strong communication skills - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Willingness to learn new tax software - Quick learner, enthusiastic, positive demeanor, and a team player - Availability to work long hours during busy season times - Ability to meet deadlines and work based on project urgency - Proficiency in multitasking and handling various projects simultaneously efficiently - Skilled at training and supervising staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks - Capability to guide subordinates through technical problems they encounter - Capacity to establish working relationships with peers, supervisors, and U.S. colleagues Position Requirements: - Qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (US), IRS Enrolled Agent - Experience in detailed review of tax returns - Knowledge of CCh Axcess Tax, Gofile room, CaseWare - More than 7 years of relevant experience with a focus on the 1065 Real Estate Industry Join Citrin Cooperman, a leading accounting and consulting firm, and be part of a dynamic team that values technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a fresh perspective.
