Manager UK Corporate Tax Global Delivery

As an individual with good experience in working on UK real estate corporate tax for Non-FS clients, UK Corporate Tax compliance, and advisory assignments, you will review complex returns and demonstrate excellent exposure and understanding of concepts of international tax. Your desired/good to have attributes include: - Having UK Real Estate market experience - Providing tax structuring assistance to clients for buying and selling properties in a tax-efficient manner - Collaborating with Partner and Director team to build relationships on key accounts - Offering international tax advice and due diligence services on cross-border transactions - Participating in business development initiatives and proposal activities - Advising clients on tax compliance and setting up property funds including UK Real Estate Investment Trusts - Possessing excellent technical knowledge of International Tax concepts and emerging principals - Demonstrating sufficient technical knowledge of UK Tax to understand one or more specialized areas of work - Dealing with all general correspondence in a timely manner to ensure effective and efficient client service - Reviewing and challenging work done by Associates / AMs on tax returns, tax compliance documents, and opinions, and helping develop their skills and experience - Reviewing pitch documents for clients / potential clients - Managing accounts and cultivating good client relationships while providing technical updates - Taking responsibility for preparing final drafts of billing proposals for relevant Directors / Partners - Completing all mandatory compliance training by the required deadline - Working well under deadlines and demanding client conditions - Being a good team player with strong interpersonal skills - Possessing excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Demonstrating high professional ethics - Showing strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills - Being adaptable, willing to learn, and comfortable in a dynamic environment - Acting as a self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work without frequent direct supervision - Providing extended support to Directors / Partners in meeting varied business requirements Additionally, you will find yourself working in a company that values teamwork, professional ethics, and continuous learning, where your contributions will play a key role in the success of the business.,
