Review and challenge work done by Associates on tax returns, compliance documents, and opinions to help develop their skills. Prepare high-quality pitch documents using digital tools. Develop account management skills, maintain client relationships, and provide technical updates. Responsibilities also include preparing the first draft of billing proposals, completing mandatory compliance training on time, and working effectively under deadlines and demanding client conditions. You should be a good team player with strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and high professional ethics. Demonstrate critical thinking, analytical abilities, and decision-making skills, along with adaptability and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. As a self-starter, you should be self-motivated and able to work with minimal direct supervision. Act as a team player and provide support to Managers and Associate Directors to meet various business requirements. Desired attributes include experience in UK Tax compliance and advisory tasks, including preparing and filing UK Tax returns and tax accounting. Understanding international tax concepts is essential, with exposure to RET tax also being preferred.,
