Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications. Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction designs to enhance user experience. Work closely with product managers and developers to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences. Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across all digital products. Apply best practices in accessibility, usability, and responsive design. Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on designs. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging UX/UI best practices. Experience B.Des or M.Des in Communication design (UX), Product, Industrial or Interaction Design, HCI or Graduation degree in design related field. 5+ year s of relevant experience in designing web, mobile applications in B2B, B2C domain. Industry Preferred Qualifications B.Des or M.Des in Communication design (UX), Product, Industrial or Interaction Design, HCI or Graduation degree in design related field General Requirements 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products (B2B and/or B2C). Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
