Manager – Treasury

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Management

• Manage daily cash flow and liquidity across group entities.
  
• Optimize working capital and oversee intercompany funding arrangements.
  
• Maintain strong banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities.
  
• Monitor foreign exchange exposures and implement hedging strategies.
  
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, governance, and internal controls.
  

Reporting & Controls

• Prepare and present treasury dashboards for senior management.
  
• Support statutory audits and internal control reviews.
  
• Ensure SOX/IFC compliance wherever applicable.
  
• Drive automation and process improvements within treasury operations.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• CA / CPA

  qualified.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in

  treasury function

  , preferably within a multinational or Big 4 environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  treasury operations

  ,

  ERP systems

  (SAP/Oracle), and financial reporting standards.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
