Role Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of ERP learning content that helps employees learn faster, adopt systems effectively, and improves overall learner experience.
- Plan, prioritize, and deliver learning content in sprints to meet business timelines.
- Guide and support the learning design team, resolve issues, and remove bottlenecks.
- Improve the quality and effectiveness of learning content using modern tools and methods.
- Continuously enhance processes and learner experience by adopting new technologies and feedback.
- Optimize resources manage licenses, tools, and team bandwidth for maximum impact.
Preferred skills and experience:
- Bachelor's / master's degree.
- 8 - 12 years of experience in learning design or instructional design.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team and work with stakeholders.
- Strong skills in eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia, Epiplex).
- Proven ability to manage projects, plan resources, and deliver at pace.
- Experienced in designing content for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Good knowledge of learning standards (SCORM, xAPI).
