Manager Trade Commercial

You will be responsible for managing Trade Commercial controlling and monitoring of budgets with regional teams. Your main duties will include implementing Trade Promotions Management (TPM) to assess ROI, executing GTN & Trade AnP, and providing regular MIS for analysis and decision making. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor GTN through compliance, workflow management, pre promo approval, volume uplift tracking, and ROI assessment at each event level. - Implement TPM for tracking spends in growing trade business. - Standardize operational processes and ways of working across regions. - Build and manage a control mechanism to manage 3P operations across Trade. - Enhance GTN efficiency based on ROI, business needs, and GTN profiling between different channels. - Review 3rd party HC cost and accruals managed by Trade. - Conduct pre and post evaluation of consumer promotions and various schemes considering ROI assessment. Qualifications Required: - Post-Graduate in Chartered Accountant (1st attempt) with a major in Finance. - Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience with at least 5 years in FMCG or consumer healthcare. - Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, high integrity, and ability to challenge commercial teams to drive results. - Collaborate with regional trade teams and cross-functional teams to ensure process and control are maintained.,
