As a key member of the team, you will be participating in ongoing product development and implementing changes that enhance operational support for the product. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities to leverage analytics and technology in order to enhance our benchmark product offerings. Your role will involve taking a leadership position on various projects and working closely with internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying client opportunities and challenges during the benchmarking/VHow process. A VHow survey is a tool used to gather data from customers on how other companies are engaging with a particular industry topic. Your leadership responsibilities will include managing and implementing innovation by assessing the impact on existing processes and deliverables, as well as ensuring the timely implementation of any changes. You will also oversee and allocate projects to your team to ensure project timelines are met. If you have direct reports, you will provide career development opportunities by giving performance feedback and assigning projects that facilitate their professional growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or operations & analytics - Hands-on experience in analytical roles using diverse datasets to derive insights for clients - Demonstrated leadership skills through project management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Understanding of market research concepts, survey design and implementation, and strong writing abilities - Experience with survey tools, data visualization tools, and CRM tools - Familiarity with developing Standard Operating Procedures (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
