👤 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in 

  team management & coaching

• Strong skills in 

  telefundraising, customer acquisition, and client management

• Sharp at 

  performance monitoring & target setting

• Excellent 

  communication & leadership skills

• Organized, proactive, and problem-solver mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Business/Marketing

   (or related field)
• Bonus: Experience in the 

  nonprofit sector
