Key

• Lead critical software, middleware, and infrastructure projects across multiple platforms, ensuring robust architecture and high-quality delivery.
• Evaluate and approve technical design options, development approaches, and major code deliverables.
• Oversee comprehensive testing including functionality, performance, and security validations.
• Act as a technical authority by resolving complex backend issues and proactively mitigating risks.
• Serve as a key liaison with cross-functional stakeholders, communicating solution strategies and risks clearly.
• Maintain and enforce enterprise architecture and technology standards; mentor team members on adopting best practices.
• Review, author, and approve technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution artifacts.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing emerging technologies, methodologies, and automation enhancements.
• Participate in product lifecycle reviews (design, code, test), ensuring alignment with solution goals.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership in troubleshooting critical system performance issues, optimizing APIs, and improving database efficiency.
• Ensure scalable, resilient, and secure backend solutions capable of meeting future growth demands.

Qualifications Skills

• 8+ years

  of experience in software development, backend engineering, and system integration.
• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science, IT, BCA, or MCA

  required.
• Expertise in

  software architecture, system design, and enterprise application development

• Strong programming experience with

  Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Angular
• Proven hands-on knowledge of

  AWS ecosystem

  including

  CloudFormation, ECS, Fargate, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, IAM
• Experience with

  Agile delivery
