Job Description

SAP Commission Senior Consultant

Experience 5-7 Years

Comprehensive hands-on experience across all key components of SAP Commissions, including crediting, incentives, plans, participants.

A strong understanding of the end-to-end commissions process (SPM concepts such as crediting, rollups, deposits, and payout).

Proven experience in both implementation and enhancement projects, not limited to support activities.

The ability to perform root cause analysis and provide technical solutions for commission-related issues.

Exposure to workflow configuration and Reporting.

Understanding of pipeline execution, error handling, and performance tuning in commission processing.

Strong communication and documentation skills to interact with business and QA teams effectively.

A proactive approach toward learning new modules, tools, and project-related technologies to support scalability and innovation.
