Job Description

Operational and staff management

Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities and delegate tasks.

Financial and administrative duties

Manage budgets, including monitoring revenues and expenses.
Oversee inventory, including purchasing and controlling stock to minimize waste.
Conduct cost control, analyze sales trends, and prepare financial reports.
Monitor and report on sales performance, using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Sales and customer service

Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt complaint resolution.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist customers and provide recommendations.
Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Health, safety, and compliance

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe working and customer environment.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and quality of perishable products.

Strategic and product management

Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies with market demands.
Assist in developing category strategies for the snack and sweets offerings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Support new product development to increase revenue.
