As a Corporate Acquisition Specialist in the Channel Finance space, you will be responsible for the growth of the company's books and ensuring a Return on Equity (ROE) by acquiring new corporate clients. Your role will involve structuring financial products tailored to meet the needs of these corporates and representing Tata Capital at various dealer and channel partner meetings. You will be required to conduct industry analysis to identify potential opportunities for new tie-ups in the supply chain finance sector. Your responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing suitable corporates for partnerships, submitting program notes for approval, and signing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with corporate entities. In addition, you will need to coordinate with internal stakeholders to establish and streamline processes. Building and nurturing relationships with key personnel in corporates will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be expected to collaborate with these individuals to develop innovative solutions that benefit both parties. Your efforts will culminate in finalizing agreements with corporate clients and ensuring the smooth operation of these partnerships by working closely with the Sales, Credit, and Legal teams. To excel in this position, you should hold a Post Graduate degree in any discipline and possess a strong understanding of corporate finance and relationship management. Your ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and effectively communicate with stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
