Manager-Student engagement & Youth Mentorship

Role Overview: As a Student Engagement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage student engagement programs that foster active participation, leadership, and personal growth among students. You will design and implement structured mentorship initiatives, organize events, workshops, and campaigns focused on life skills and career readiness, and collaborate with academic and administrative departments to provide integrated student support. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage student engagement programs to promote active participation, leadership, and personal growth. - Design and implement structured youth mentorship initiatives, connecting students with faculty, alumni, and external mentors. - Organize events, workshops, and campaigns focused on life skills, career readiness, and social impact. - Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure integrated student support. - Foster inclusive and diverse student communities through clubs, councils, and cultural/social initiatives. - Monitor and evaluate student engagement activities to assess impact and effectiveness. - Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to students on personal and professional development. - Act as a point of contact for student concerns and escalate issues when necessary. - Coordinate with external organizations and youth networks to create partnership opportunities. - Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation related to engagement and mentorship initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Graduation required - Minimum 5 years of experience in student engagement, youth mentorship, or developmental programs. - Strong understanding of youth psychology, leadership development, and student affairs. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills. - Creative thinker with a passion for youth empowerment and education. - Ability to work with diverse student populations in a collaborative environment.
