Manager - Structural

We’re looking for a Manager – Structural who can turn complex challenges into stable, safe and elegant structures.

If you have:

• B-Tech (Civil, First Class) with PG in Structural Design Engineering
• 12+ years of experience in designing Hospitals, Institutional Buildings, High-Rise Residences, Industrial & Commercial projects, Bridges, Pavements, Malls, 5-star Hotels & Corporate Offices
• Strong hands-on expertise in STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE and related tools

…and you enjoy coordinating with architects, site teams, and consultants to deliver on-time, code-compliant, GFC-ready designs, we’d love to meet you.

1. Carry out structural design & analysis using STAAD Pro ,ETABS, Safe etc; prepare drawings & documentation for various Hospital, School, and Commercial projects.

2. Coordinate with Architects, Site Teams, KIIFB, and other stakeholders to address queries and resolve technical issues.

3. Coordinate with Structural consultants & Vetting to ensure timely issue of signed Good for Construction (GFC) drawings to the site.

4. Plan and manage design timelines to ensure the timely delivery of structural drawings and related documents.

5. Responsible for structural stability, safety, and integrity of all designed structures in accordance with relevant codes and standards.

6. Guiding Junior Engineers & Draughtsman in design development & drawing preparation.

7. Review & approve shop drawings related to structural works
