Manager, Strategy & Business Operations

As an ambitious self-starter joining the Finance & Strategy Team at Ethos, you will have a major role in supporting the development and execution of various strategic initiatives. Your analytical, operational, and technical skills will be crucial in evaluating key business problems and working with multiple stakeholders to implement recommendations. You will be working in a fast-paced, analytically rigorous, mission-driven, and impact-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate key business problems/strategic initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to implement recommendations - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, & Finance teams on high-impact projects - Develop and maintain models to ensure teams are adequately resourced for growth needs - Monitor key performance indicators and create action plans to address any weaknesses **Qualifications and Skills:** - 5+ years of relevant work experience in roles such as client-facing at a major investment bank, consulting firm, private equity, or high-growth technology company - Ability to switch between high-level strategic thinking and deep analytical problem-solving - Strong Excel skills, experience in quantitative analyses, critical thinking, and business judgment. SQL knowledge preferred - Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and meet deadlines - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with exceptional attention to detail - Willingness to work in the Bangalore office in a hybrid capacity and overlap with US-based functions - MBA strongly preferred - Previous experience in the US/UK or with international teams is advantageous If you are excited about this role and believe in your ability to contribute, even if your experience doesn't perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
