Manager - Store

Key  Responsibilities :

• Inventory Management:

• Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials, tools, and equipment at project sites.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, consumption, and balance materials.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification.

• Material Control & Documentation:

• Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), Material Issue Slips, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and safety standards.
• Track materials issued against work orders to minimize wastage and pilferage.

• Vendor & Procurement Coordination:

• Coordinate with procurement and purchase teams for timely supply of materials.
• Verify material quality and quantity as per purchase orders.
• Follow up with vendors and transporters for delivery schedules.

• MIS & Reporting:

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on material inflow, outflow, and stock balance.
• Provide project teams with updated material consumption reports for cost control.

• Team & Compliance:

• Supervise storekeepers and helpers for smooth store operations.
• Ensure proper handling, stacking, and safety of construction materials.
• Implement ERP/software-based store management system (if applicable).
