Manager / Sr Manager - Insurance Transformation

Role Overview: You are expected to have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in process improvement function and Blackbelt. Your role will involve enhancing process performance in the Insurance domain. Strong written and verbal communication skills with good presentation skills are required. You should have a good understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts and hands-on knowledge of Minitab R software. Intermediate expertise in MS Office tools is necessary. Being Six Sigma Black Belt Certified is a must. You will be supporting in Transformation and RFP, RFI activities and should be flexible to work in Global Working Windows.
