Role Description

We’re looking for a proactive Manager/ Sr. Manager [E-commerce] to start and grow our activities and presence across various online platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, product listings, and market research

Manage product listings, descriptions, keywords, images and pricing.

·      Plan & execute seasonal and promotional campaigns in sync with marketing team.

·     Monitor functionality and handle troubleshooting issues with the e-commerce/ Marketplace platforms, like Amazon, Flipkart, Papperfry, Urban Ladder, etc.

·      Coordinate regular market research and competitor analysis.

·      Coordinate with internal teams for stock, pricing, logistics updates.

·     Analyse data from Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other tools to monitor site traffic and customer behaviour.

·     Track and report e-commerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, customer feedback, and ROI on seasonal and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field with similar responsibilities.

·    Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies including search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM).

·        Proficient in web analytics.

·        Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

·        Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus.
