Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review architectural drawings in compliance with building bye-law and development control regulations for the drawings before sale agreement closure
Coordinate with approvals teams and design team of prospective clients for obtaining necessary design drawings & align their requirements as per stages of all approval (e.g., plan sanction, commencement certificate, occupancy certificate, etc.).
Ensure alignment of design intent with local municipal regulations, environmental norms, and fire safety requirements.
Work closely with internal stake holders (Legal/sales/CS/Project teams) to ensure statutory and contract compliances throughout the design and approval cycle.
Engage with approvals team to ensure submission processes with urban local bodies (ULBs),

development authorities, and other statutory bodies within stipulated timelines.

Assist in managing documentation, drawings, and NOCs related to government approvals.

Skills & Qualifications:

Time management
Bachelors/ master’s degree in architecture
In-depth knowledge of DCR (Development Control Regulations), NBC (National Building Code),

UDCPR, and other relevant statutory frameworks related to integrated Townships.

Experience in architectural design with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
Strong coordination and communication skills for dealing with external consultants, architects, and Client team/Senior management.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, & Excel.
