Manager- SOX Compliance

Role Overview: As a Manager - SOX Compliance at Bunge, your main accountability will be to support and facilitate the Bunge Global SOX Compliance Program and other related initiatives from BBS. You will work closely with the Global SOX PMO and business process/control owners for standardization of key controls and related testing processes. Your role will also involve building a Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) strategy to enhance Bunge's control environment through continuous monitoring and testing. Additionally, you will support harmonizing internal control processes and collaborating with new acquisitions to drive operational excellence and strengthen the control environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support and facilitate the Bunge Global SOX Compliance Program and related initiatives - Collaborate with Global SOX PMO and business process/control owners for standardization of key controls and testing processes - Develop a Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) strategy to enhance Bunge's control environment - Coordinate with key stakeholders at global, regional, and BBS levels to implement the CCM program - Support harmonizing internal control processes and fostering collaboration with new acquisitions - Coordinate with Regional SOX coordinators on the Global SOX program and selective control testing Qualifications Required: - 7 to 9 years of work experience in a similar role with at least the last 3 years of SOX experience as a lead or above - Minimum Education Qualification: CPA, ACCA, CIA, CA, CMA Additional Company Details: Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
