Manager- SOX Compliance

As a Manager - SOX Compliance at Bunge, your role will involve supporting the Bunge Global SOX Compliance program and other initiatives in internal controls and process improvements. You will collaborate with the Global/Regional SOX teams and process/control owners across the organization to ensure compliance to SOX 404 and related requirements. Your main accountabilities will include: - Supporting and facilitating the Bunge Global SOX Compliance Program and related initiatives from BBS - Working with Global SOX PMO and business process/control owners for standardization of key controls and testing process - Building a Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) strategy to elevate Bunges control environment - Harmonizing internal control processes and fostering collaboration with new acquisitions - Coordinating with Regional SOX coordinators on the Global SOX program and control testing In terms of skills and knowledge, you are expected to: - Improve Bunge's outcomes by making data-driven decisions and keeping the customer at the forefront - Collaborate effectively, communicate with others, and continually develop yourself - Solve problems, take action, and manage work effectively even in challenging situations - Have an understanding of common controls and CCM methodologies - Support high-quality SOX controls testing and internal control initiatives To be successful in this role, you should have: - 7 to 9 years of work experience in a similar role with at least the last 3 years of SOX experience as a lead or above - Minimum Education Qualification: CPA, ACCA, CIA, CA, CMA About Bunge: Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
