Job Description

Lead one or more scrum teams delivering customer-facing applications to a global user base.

Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Mentor and grow developers into high-performing contributors.
Manage project schedules, dependencies, and risks with precision.
Own the hiring process: conduct interviews and onboard top talent.
Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate across global teams to align on architecture and delivery.

Required Skills Experience

Proven leadership in agile/lean environments with hands-on experience running scrum teams.
Strong background in full-stack development using:
- Frontend: Angular 15, HTML5, CSS3, Webpack, TypeScript Node JS
- Backend: Java, J2EE, C#.NET / .NET Core, WebAPI, RESTful services
- Infrastructure: AWS Azure
Experience with scalable systems and time-series data processing.
Familiarity with software design patterns and Test-Driven Development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management.
Ability to mentor, prioritize, and drive team velocity.
bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Define and execute technical strategy for next-gen Web UI frameworks.
Partner with UI/UX teams to optimize performance and scalability.
Inspire ownership and accountability across the team.
