Key Responsibilities

• Lead one or more scrum teams delivering customer-facing applications to a global user base.
• Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and grow developers into high-performing contributors.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, and risks with precision.
• Own the hiring process: conduct interviews and onboard top talent.
• Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate across global teams to align on architecture and delivery.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership in agile/lean environments with hands-on experience running scrum teams.
• Strong background in full-stack development using:
• Frontend: Angular 15, HTML5, CSS3, Webpack, TypeScript & Node JS
• Backend: Java, J2EE, C#.NET / .NET Core, WebAPI, RESTful services
• Infrastructure: AWS & Azure
• Experience with scalable systems and time-series data processing.
• Familiarity with software design patterns and Test-Driven Development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management.
• Ability to mentor, prioritize, and drive team velocity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Success Metrics

• Drive end-to-end product development: analysis, architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Sustain and enhance existing products with feature improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, and Engineering leadership to track and deliver features.
• Define and execute technical strategy for next-gen Web UI frameworks.
• Partner with UI/UX teams to optimize performance and scalability.
• Inspire ownership and accountability across the team.
