About the Role

We are seeking a Development Manager/Development Lead to lead high-performing engineering teams building scalable, cloud-native applications. You will guide frontend, backend, and infrastructure teams using modern technologies while driving architecture, delivery excellence, and innovation across the platform.

What You ll Do

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers.
Drive execution of product features and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Provide architectural oversight across UI, backend services, APIs, and cloud deployments.
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
Ensure code quality, security, system reliability, and performance standards.
Optimize engineering processes, CI/CD, and development workflows.
