You are an experienced and highly motivated Manager - Software Engineering with expertise in React JS, Java Script, Springboot, Docker, Kubernetes, ORM frameworks, .NET frameworks, C# frameworks, Modern UI libraries, MS Azure, agile development methodology, and PostgreSQL databases. Your key responsibilities include leading architectural discussions to ensure scalable and reliable solutions, hands-on experience in React JS for creating scalable applications, conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, collaborating with the engineering leadership team to enhance development processes, delivering features, enhancements, and fixes with high-quality standards, and optimizing processes and tools for productivity goals. You will lead and manage globally dispersed development teams, conduct people development and management activities, maintain a solid understanding of software releases" impact on the business, ensure extensible and feature-rich products, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. Your role involves strategic planning, refining, and executing technical visions, improving internal tools and libraries, reporting work progress to the management team, managing budgets, ensuring project quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for product roadmaps and project plans. As an ideal candidate, you hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, have over 10 years of hands-on software development experience, 3-5 years of experience in React JS, expertise in .NET, C#, Docker, Kubernetes, ORM frameworks, and PostgreSQL databases, and a strong understanding of business and capital markets.
