It also requires top notch APIs and a SOA design for maintainability and extensibility.If you're looking for opportunities to work on challenging problems, surround yourself with other experienced engineers, and want to spend your time building and shipping, instead of sitting in meetings, come join the orange revolution.What Your Responsibilities Will BeResponsibilities:10+ years of experienceManage direct reports across multiple Scrum teams and time zonesSupport and develop software engineers by providing advice and mentoringCoach team members on agile principlesRun a Support team; serving as an escalation path for production and user support casesUnderstand how your solutions impact the goals of the businessLeverage Generative AI to improve productivity and innovation, and foster a culture where the team actively explores and adopts AI-driven solutionsImplement best practices for coding as well as development processesParticipate in an agile team including design, development, test automation, planning, backlog refinement and supportSupport the strategic vision for the product and companyLead and refine development and release processes for multiple product linesDeliver business needs around high availability and high transactional throughput of a SaaS solutionBe Customer and Partner Facing, able to manage an external relationshipBe introspective, always trying to improve yourself and the team around youProvide guidance and support on design and technical solutionsYou will report to Director, Software Engineering.What You'll Need to be SuccessfulWhat You'll Need to be SuccessfulTrack record of successful leadershipStrong track record of strategic thinkingStrong track record of working with third partiesRelationship building skillsBachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalentExperience of creating CI/CD pipelinesExperience in optimizing and scaling productsUnderstanding of security protocols and best practicesUnderstanding of AWS Solutions with focus on cost savings and scalabilityExperience working with JIRA and ConfluenceWillingness to dive in and get to the bottom of a problemStrong understanding of object-oriented design & development and common design patternsStrong knowledge of .NET frameworkWorking knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server/ any other RDBMSWorking knowledge of Entity FrameworkWorking knowledge of Web ServicesWorking knowledge of source control tools such as GitLabProven ability to be effective and meet commitmentsExperience in designing and building scalable micro service architecture
