Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute strategies to grow brand visibility, engagement, and reach across social media platforms.

2. Plan and create campaigns that support business objectives through product promotions, brand storytelling, and influencer collaborations.

3. Ideate, script, and produce content that aligns with the brand s voice and resonates with the target audience.

4. Track and analyse performance metrics to generate insights and continuously improve content and campaign effectiveness.

5. Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and unified brand presence.

6. Manage influencer partnerships directly and through agencies, including briefing, content review, and performance tracking.

7. Represent the brand in video content to add authenticity and strengthen audience connection.

Key Skills Required :

1. 7+ years of relevant experience in social media management and influencer marketing.

2. Proven track record of scaling social media channels successfully in previous roles.

3. Proven ability to ideate, script, and produce engaging social media content, including video.

4. Experience in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers and influencer agencies.

5. Innovative and creative approach to content creation and campaign management.
