Job Title: Associate Social Media Marketing Location: Mumbai (Andheri East) Role Type: Individual Contributor Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Associate Social Media Marketing to oversee Cromas social media platforms. This role will involve managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with our agencies, and ensuring effective execution of social media promotions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of creative aesthetics, copywriting, and extensive knowledge of social media insights. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations and collaborate closely with the onboarded agencies to implement social media strategies and daily execution Monitor and optimize social media promotions, ensuring alignment with predefined media plans. Direct the agency in developing and driving engagement across all social media platforms. Maintain the social media calendar in collaboration with the agency, and compile weekly organic and paid data, including insights and recommendations provided by the agency. Support internal teams by facilitating adaptations for social media promotions and other media requirements. Requirements: Experience: 5 6 years in social media management, preferably within the retail industry. Influencer Programs: Proven experience managing influencer programs for brands. Paid Promotions: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media paid promotions. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively. Agency Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in or with a social media agency for daily operations management. Creative Skills: Understanding of target audiences and ability to innovate engagement strategies and create compelling content aligned with brand identity. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current social media trends and leverage them to enhance content virality. Campaign Experience: Proficiency in managing social-first brand campaigns. Analytics: Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, YouTube Analytics). Adaptability: Willingness to attend shoots and provide on-the-spot creative input during content creation. Content Development: Ability to develop social media captions and contribute basic creative direction from a design perspective. Work Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
