Manager- Shipping

**Job Description** You will be responsible for ensuring the timely dispatch of Finished Goods (FG) according to the shared plan with no deviations. Your role will involve maintaining minimum inventory levels in the plant/depot and driving principles of inventory management such as FIFO, zero expiry, and Fill rate. Additionally, you will create a plan for the deployment of Shipping labour for different requirements throughout the year. Safety norms implementation and maintenance in the plant/depot will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You are expected to maintain Management Information System (MIS) and other data reports related to dispatch, sales return, and production plan reconciliation. Timely publishing of management dashboards and maintaining healthy relations with Transport & CnF agents to ensure the availability of vehicles at the plant/depot are also part of your duties. **Role Requirements** - **Qualification:** Any Graduation (Post Graduation will be given preference) **Experience** - 10-15 years of experience in the Supply Chain function in a Manufacturing or FMCG set-up. - 5 years of experience in dispatch operations. **Desired Skills** - Extremely strong communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Experience in handling organized & unorganized workforce **About Us** RJ Corp is a leading Indian conglomerate with a diversified presence across Food and Beverages, Quick-Service Restaurants, Retail, Healthcare, and Education.
