As a part of Republic's SEO Team, your role will involve utilizing your 8 years of SEO experience, with a focus on digital news. Your responsibilities will include: - Staying updated on the latest optimization tools and possessing a deep understanding of search engine algorithms. - Formulating and executing SEO strategies on both the front end and back end. - Thinking quickly on your feet and being a self-driven individual. - Being completely in tune with editorial news flow and having an aggressive, hands-on approach to SEO. - Demonstrating a successful track record of target-setting and achievement. - Implementing Organic Search Optimization and Audience Growth Optimization. - Having a strong grasp of SEM, including tag implementations, code analysis, and more. - Performing data analysis, collaborating with inter-department teams, and excelling in team management. - Previous experience working in a 24x7 news environment is essential.
