Manager SEO

Role Overview: As an SEO Manager at Lowe's, you will lead a team of Analysts within the Site Strategy & Planning function. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and execute the overall SEO strategy. You will collaborate with content development, marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure alignment with SEO best practices, industry trends, and business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 8-12 analysts to implement a cohesive SEO strategy that increases traffic and revenue for Lowe's. - Mentor, coach, and guide your team to deliver high-quality work continuously. - Execute SEO strategy, provide reporting, and make recommendations for scaling traffic. - Collaborate with other channel leads to support enterprise priorities. - Analyze complex data sets to identify target audience opportunities, improve execution, and drive results through data-led governance. - Optimize landing pages, content articles, and technical aspects to enhance user experience and traffic quality. - Coordinate with digital marketing teams (SEM, Social, Digital Media) to maximize on-site and in-store traffic and revenue. - Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders effectively. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of overall work experience, with 5+ years in a similar role in an SEO agency or as an SEO leader in the Retail/E-commerce industry. - 3+ years of people management experience. - Experience working with US-based companies or clients is preferred. - Graduate in any discipline, with a degree in Digital Marketing or a related field being a plus. A Master's degree in Digital Marketing is preferred.,
