Manager / Senior Manager - Saviyint IGA (Implemention Experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Saviynt Developer at the Manager level to lead the design, development, and implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using the Saviynt platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM, hands-on experience with Saviynt, and the ability to manage complex projects and mentor junior developers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent technical and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Saviynt Platform Implementation: Configure and deploy Saviynt IGA modules including identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and role management. Develop and customize workflows, Saviynt rules, and Saviynt Identity Warehouse configurations. Implement connectors for target systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and custom applications. Integration & Customization: Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between Saviynt and external systems. Customize UI components, email templates, and Saviynt dashboards. Write and optimize Saviynt rule sets (pre-population, post-processing, technical rules, etc.). Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve issues related to provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews. Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues. Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization. Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation including configuration guides, implementation runbooks, and troubleshooting manuals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM). 4+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA platform . Strong understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SOD, provisioning, access reviews, etc. Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs , and scripting languages. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and directory services (LDAP, AD).
