Manager / Senior Manager - Sales Planning & Strategy

As an Assistant to the Chief Business Officer (CBO) at our company, your primary role will involve assisting the CBO in various analysis and strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Staying up to date with industry regulatory updates - Conducting competitor and industry analysis to keep abreast of market trends - Improving overall cost efficiency of the organization and coordinating with Function Heads for driving cost rationalization activities - Periodically reviewing business performance and providing relevant inputs - Initiating and driving key projects - Supporting the President & CBO in strategic initiatives by performing rigorous analysis, interacting with key internal and external stakeholders, and coordinating projects - Developing presentations for Senior Management Role Specific Competencies: - Possess an analytical mindset with a research inclination - Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written), proficiency in MS Office especially strong in PPT and Excel - High energy, assertive, and adept at dealing with multiple stakeholders - Driven and mature enough to support senior-level relationships - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Qualification & Work Experience: - Top Preference for candidates with Mutual Fund Industry / AMC Experience - 5-7 years of experience in Planning, Strategy, CEO Office / CFO Office / CBO Office roles - Qualifications such as CA / CFA or an MBA from one of the premier management institutes would be advantageous Please note that the above details outline your role and responsibilities as an Assistant to the CBO at our company.,
