Project Planning & Scheduling:

  • Lead project planning activities using tools like Primavera and MS Project to develop detailed schedules
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery

Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for real estate projects
  • Analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to validate costs and ensure financial feasibility

Cost Control & Quantity Surveying:

  • Implement cost control measures to track expenditures and optimize project budgets
  • Conduct quantity surveying and review contractor claims to ensure cost effectiveness

Tendering & Procurement Coordination:

  • Manage tendering processes, including bid evaluations and vendor selection
  • Coordinate with procurement teams and stakeholders for smooth project execution

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to align project goals and resolve issues
  • Ensure transparent communication and timely reporting throughout the project lifecycle
