Job Description

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Engineering:

Expertise in electrical design engineering, including cable sizing, transformer calculations, UPS systems, and related components.

Project Execution:

Extensive experience in erection, testing, commissioning, and operation & maintenance of electrical installations such as:

132 KV & 33 KV Switchyards (GIS & AIS)
HT/LT Switchgear, Motors, UPS, VFDs, Cables, Lighting systems

Ensure compliance with equipment manuals and OEM recommendations.

Utility Equipment Maintenance:

Electrical maintenance of critical utility systems including:

Air Compressors, Chillers, Air Handling Units, Clean Rooms
Water Treatment (DI, Soft Water, Reverse Osmosis)
Effluent Treatment Plant, Fire Hydrant Systems, Chemical Handling

Leadership & Development:

Build and develop a strong team for operational excellence.
Drive cost optimization by developing indigenous vendors for spare parts and reducing O&M costs.

Communication & Public Engagement:

Ability to speak effectively in public forums and represent the organization professionally.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Email, and Internet applications.

Preferred Attributes:

Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
