Manager / Senior Manager, Data Science

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage teams, focusing on employee development, performance management, and creating a positive work environment. - Design and coordinate projects across multiple departments globally, utilizing project management skills effectively. - Develop and deploy data science solutions, including data engineering, application of Machine Learning algorithms, UI/UX, and ML Ops, proficient in Python and/or R. - Communicate effectively with written and verbal English-language skills, and present information clearly. - Execute requests with attention to detail and time-management skills. - Build strong interpersonal relationships, share knowledge about data science, and stay updated on new techniques. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent. Additional experience in Data Science is preferred. - 5+ years of experience in management or senior-level data scientist/engineering positions. - Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred, memory industry/product engineering experience is highly desirable.
