Manager/ Senior Manager - Business Development / MarketingLocation : Noida (Delhi NCR)

Core competency--

  • Create Moulding as well as Mould development business opportunities by identifying potential customers & their decision makers.
  • Conduct exploratory meetings with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research & competitors business analysis.
  • Plan strategies and roadmap for business growth.
  • Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • To penetrate all targeted accounts and generate sales opportunities.
  • To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
  • To be an interface between the client and internal support teams.
  • Responsible for achieving targets based on client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Formulate sales policies and procedures to enhance brand visibility and product reach to all potential key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
  • Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them.
  • Work strategically - carry out necessary planning to implement operational changes.
  • Train members of the team and build a strong team.
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities in the region, as needed.
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
  • Create a sales pipeline. Understand the companys goal and purpose to continually enhance the companys performance.
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to senior management.
  • Handle customer grievances and drive it to a positive conclusion to the satisfaction of the customers.

  • Qualification & Experience:
  • B.Tech/M.Tech ( Full Time)- Any Specialization Plastic Technology / Mechanical Engg / Polymer Science will be given preference. Post graduate qualification in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates having experience in Business Development function in Tooling/Plastic Injection Moulding /Metal Injection Moulding will be given preference. Must have experience of working with major Tier1 Automotive companies and OEMs.
