Roles and Responsibilities Manage machine maintenance activities of Injection Molding Machine (Hydraulic & All electric machines; Ferro Matic Milacron, L&T, Toshiba, Fanuc, Toshiba (All electric), Electronica, Haitian, Toyo, JSW, Mitsubishi).to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. Manage machine maintenance activities of (Tool room machine-CNC VMC, CNC EDM, Hydraulic surface grinder, Lathe machine.) Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance for plant Machines, utilities. Conduct corrective, preventive, periodic maintenance activities as per the schedule to keep all the factory equipment in perfect condition. Monitor and control the spare parts availability and consumption to meet the machinery breakdowns effectively. Develop and maintain effective working relationship with all employee groups and functions to promote good industrial relations. Attend the trouble shooting of all machines to minimize the break-down time and to increase the availability. Always ensure operational safety to prevent the accidents and to create safety environment. Responsible for auxiliary equipment maintenance like hot runner, hopper loader, air compressor, chiller, and mould temperature controller. Maintaining all documents in accordance with ISO/TS 16949:2009 & IATF. TPM activities. Implemented Kaizen & Quality circle activities. Reduce Energy consumption. Shorten MTTR & Expand MTBF. Giving training to employees on shop floors time to time about machine operations. Desired Skills Good knowledge of injection molding machine maintenance. Good knowledge of electrical circuits as applied to injection molding machines. Good knowledge of auxiliary equipment involved in injection molding. Strong mechanical skills along with initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision. Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, & pneumatics Systems. Knowledge of SAP & ERP system . Knowledge of all editions of windows & MS Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint).
