Manager / Senior Manager (Accounts)

As Manager / Senior Manager (Accounts) for Ashiana Maintenance Services LLP, you will play a crucial role in the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date balance sheets. - Investigate and resolve discrepancies in balance sheet accounts promptly. - Conduct analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential issues in accounting processes and operations. - Conduct Trial Scrutiny to identify accounting hygiene issues and suggest and implement correct accounting practices. - Make systematic changes to processes and procedures to ensure discipline in accounting operations. - Prepare financial reports and recommendations for management. - Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulations. - Coordinate and close statutory audits. - Coordinate and compile data for tax audits and other department cases. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Minimum 8 years of experience in the relevant field with a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - CA, CA (Inter), or CMA designation is desirable. - Experience in accounting operations with a proven track record in balance sheet reconciliation. - Strong Excel skills are essential, and experience with finance software like ERP will be advantageous. - Top-tier analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
