Job Description

Role Overview: - We are looking for an experienced and data-driven SEO Manager to lead and manage all SEO efforts for our brand Hexnode, and its products. - The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, as well as experience in content creation, website optimization, and driving organic traffic growth. - You will play a key role in enhancing Hexnode's online presence, improving search engine rankings, and driving qualified traffic to our website. Key Responsibilities: - SEO Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic. - On-Page Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for SEO, ensure proper tagging, and ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all web pages. - Off-Page Optimization: Manage link-building campaigns, improve domain authority, and establish relationships with external websites and influencers for backlinks. - Technical SEO: Work closely with the development team to improve the technical aspects of the website, including page speed, site architecture, and mobile optimization. - Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized content that aligns with audience intent and ranks high in search engines. - Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track key SEO metrics and provide regular reports on SEO performance, keyword rankings, and traffic. - Market Analysis: Continuously analyze competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, marketing, and web teams to align SEO with broader business objectives. Key Requirements: - Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in SEO. - Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. - Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. - Hands-on experience with website optimization, technical SEO, and on-page/off-page strategies. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS). - Experience with content marketing and social media optimization. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - MBA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
